Before we begin, you should know that this catalogue is fake. These are not products that actually exist, and because most of them are impossible to make (and not entirely desirable) they will likely never be "real". However, they are helpful in starting conversations about how technology could be different. Plus, they are fun and weird. So for this study, use your imaginations and please suspend disbelief as you enjoy these stories.
1. Please visit each of the four spectacular things in the catalogue, read the descriptions, and listen to the audio (in that order or else you might get confused). They are each about 4 minutes so take them one at a time and don't worry about doing them all in one sitting.
3. Enjoy, be silly, have fun, keep an open mind, and don't hesitate or think you need to say the "right" thing or that you aren't technologically savvy enough. You are perfect and I am so grateful for your help. It really means so much to me. Thank you.
4. Lastly, I will need you to download and sign a consent form. This is to make sure you understand how I plan to keep your data safe and ask your permission to use anonymous quotes in future publications. I ask that you email a signed version back to me at c.key@northumbria.ac.uk.
